A sincere and warm thank you to all of you who have given me the privilege of representing Ward 11 for the next four years. I look forward to addressing all the concerns you shared with me at your doorsteps, through email and social media and at events during the campaign. 

I also want to let those of you who did not vote for me, and are perhaps disappointed that their candidate did not win, I will work hard for you too in the next four years. I will work to earn your trust and I'm proud to represent you and your family in the decisions that lie ahead. Thank you for being part of a long and wonderful democratic tradition.

Thank you to a wonderful team of volunteers and supporters during the campaign; I relied on you and your advice and I will continue to do so.

Congratulations lastly to my peers on Council, to the returning Mayor and to city staff - I'm eager to work with you for the betterment of Greater Sudbury in the days that lie ahead.
